I had such a lovely stay at Rotorua City Home Stay! I would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who wishes to feel they've found a home away from home. I visited Rotorua City Homestay on my first international solo trip, and it was nice to be in the company of other travelers as well as my gracious hosts. The accommodations are very comfortable, stylish, spacious and spotlessly clean. Peter and Mike go out of their way to be helpful in planning activities and even provide some local transportation, which was much appreciated. The breakfasts were generous in size and absolutely delicious! My only "complaint" is that I wish I had booked a longer stay.Gary USA.
Excellent hosts and wonderful breakfast in a great location!Mike and Peter are wonderful hosts. The breakfast they provide is wonderful. They helped us find our way around the area and gave us some very wonderful tips for our travel.

A great B and B in a great location!We could fault nothing about this home stay. Peter booked tours for us and helped us plan our stay. Mike cooked a great breakfast.. They were both pleasant, entertaining hosts. Our room was comfortable and had the most amazingly silent ceiling fan!

Our hosts were very helpful about places to visit, with discount coupons for many of them. The breakfasts were wonderful, true English "brekky", with lively conversation. Didn't use the hot tub, but it is a great amenity. Did sit out in the garden and enjoy the sunshine. Room was large enough for three people (as advertised), but guests from the US should know that the whole place is "cozy" by our standards. Location across the street from a park with free thermal features was convenient, and a short walk into town.Sarah GB.

Mike & Peter were great! very friendly & welcoming. I wasn't well when we arrived so went pretty much went straight to bed but Mark stayed up chatting away for hours. Their home was super warm and cozy on arrival. Bed was really comfortable and the room spacious. Breakfast was fantastic and a great start to the day.It was really easy to find & Mike and Peter were wonderful hosts.
Keep doing what they are doing but maybe promote the fact that they can cater for mt bikers - one of the rooms has access from the back yard where people can easily clean their bikes & lock them in the yard before heading indoors.
